The Reset is seven days inside the app, where the foundations stop being information and start being something you do. One thing a day. Small enough to actually happen, real enough to feel.
I've lived off-grid in the Costa Rican jungle for thirteen years, and none of what I teach requires that. The jungle is where I learned it. The translation into a normal, busy, modern life — that's the work, and that's what the week is.

- Each morning asks what kind of day it is — full, stretched, or survival — and sizes the practice to match.
- Every practice has a minimum effective version for the hard days.
- Miss a day and you're met with a welcome back, not a broken streak.
- Notice → adapt → return. Interruption isn't failure; it's the practice.
Day 7 isn't a cliff. If the week held, it carries straight on into The 30-Day Return — thirty guided days built around your Type, inside the same app — and from there into the twelve-month Pathway, one foundation at a time. If it didn't hold, you stop, and you've paid nothing.
The Reset is open, and the week is free. You'll add a card before day 1 so the week can roll straight into the month if you want it to — nothing is charged until day 8, and then it's $39 a month for as long as you stay.
One tap cancels it, from day 1, inside the app. Stop before day 8 and you pay nothing. I'd rather you knew that now than found it at the door.
